Couples Therapy

In couples therapy we can address the following problems:

By the time many of you make your first appointment you have probably forgotten many of the positive things about yourselves.

Couples therapy offers each of you the benefit of a neutral place to come to talk about your difficult issues, as well as your successes as a couple and to get a new perspective on problems that may have been brewing for a long time.

We may start together, however, it should be noted that I may  also recommend scheduling some individual appointments. Many couples start with only one of you coming to appointments – work can progress even if your partner is initially reluctant to begin.
